Collection Services

We work with our clients to evaluate ageing claims and to prepare a recovery plan for all ageing claims on an ongoing basis.

Our collection team will then start the collection process following a series of steps customized for each receivable group. As the collections are being recovered a weekly report will be submitted to the client

In addition we prepare a proactive collection strategy to ensure that collections are not piled up.
